Moss Municipality has given Moss Kommunale Eiendomsselskap KF (MKEiendom) has been given the task of constructing 48 residences for persons with dementia in shared housing at Grindvold, Bukkespranget 21.
A group contract will therefore be engaged with responsible PGL for preparing a preliminary project that is to be approved in the town council, and which will form the basis for a turnkey contract.
