The construction management and SHA Section has one permanent employee with electrical competence and shall shortly also try to employ a further electrical resource. However, even this will not be enough to meet the division's needs. At the same time, the section is working on a Framework Agreement for construction management, in which this competence is also requested. However, due to the speed, extent and complexity of the total plan projects in particular, we would like to have a resource to search in the entire market and not only within the limitations of the Framework Agreement. In addition we see that we will need a resource in place by June 2018 for the Tinghuset-Tullin tram project, which we will not manage with the Framework Agreement.
