Short description
The procurement covers 1 contract whereby the successful tenderer will be assigned responsibility to evaluate Norway’s anti-corruption efforts as part of its development policy and assistance. The objective is to assess the relevance, effectiveness and sustainability of these efforts. The evaluation shall present key findings and lessons based on the available evidence, and shall present recommendations regarding Norway’s efforts in this regard. The main target group for the evaluation includes personnel in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and Norad responsible for Norway’s development-related anti-corruption work.
