Short description
A draft project for 88 sheltered accommodation flats has been prepared. The draft project shall form the basis for the zoning plan. There will be built 64 sheltered accommodation flats. The revised draft project and the preliminary project shall be prepared in a partnering contract between the builder and the contractor. The construction stage shall be executed as a turnkey contract with a fixed price.
