Short description
Arendal municipality has decided to carry out a general revaluation of all properties in the municipality, from and including Year 2021. The valuation service shall be conducted in accordance with the Property Value Taxation Act § 8 A-3 (4), where an Expert committee decides the values in accordance with the taxation agency's suggestions.
Arendal municipality implemented property tax for the entire municipality from and including Year 2000. The last completed revaluation was implemented in 2009, valid from 2010.
