The delivery is for the hire of approx. 1 000 town cycles, based on the tenderer being responsible for the procurement and production of all operations and maintenance of the town cycles.
Emphasis is put on the fact that this is an approximate number. The number and roll-out speed of the town cycles can be changed in line with changed needs, but the provisional roll-out plan is:
· By May 2018: 400 town cycles;
· By April 2019 800 town cycles;
· By April 2020: 1 000 town cycles.
