The Danish
Defense Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) wishes to award a
contract regarding design, engineering, delivery of components, and
installation of Audio Video (AV) systems and solutions for briefing rooms and operations centers.
The tenderer shall perform
design, engineering, delivery of components, and installation tasks, as well as delivery of spare parts
and replacement items and ongoing support and maintenance for
approximately 100 hours per year for at period of 3 to 5 years and with option(s) to
extend the service period op to 7 years in total. This includes delivery of video
wall infrastructure, video switching, conference sound systems, cabling
systems, integrated control of rooms lighting and curtains, system controllers,
design and programming of user interface, power switching, etc.
The tenderer
shall provide, or subcontract, all necessary workforce resources, such as, but
not limited to: authorized electricians, system technicians and programmers as
part of the installation and integration services.
The tenderer
and his personnel, and any subcontracted resources, shall from the time of
application for prequalification uphold a valid security clearance at level:
“TIL TJENESTEBRUG (TTJ) / NATO RESTRICTED (NR) /RESTREINT UE” for their entire participation in this procurement procedure, and if awarded contract, throughout the
contract duration. The tenderer is responsible for managing, timely applying for- and
presenting security clearance certification for all personnel resources
involved in the participation in this procurement procedure, and if awarded contract, throughout the contract duration; including all subcontractor resources.
