The main aim of the procurement is to establish mobile coverage (both speech and data) in Norddalen in Vanylven municiaplity. The contracting authority will provide a grant to tenderers to develop mobile coverage for speech and data. Tenderers will have the financial risk for developing the network, customer basis/income, as well as costs of running the network.
