NVE shall, on behalf of 3 collaboration partners, Thoolei Company, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and New Zealand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFAT), procure parts of a feasibility study. The 3 partners entered into a collaboration and signed a contract on 14.2.2018. Thoolei is a company that was established by the Karen National Union (KNU) to operate commercial activities that were advantageous for the Karen population.
