Fredrikstad municipality shall extend Østsiden nursing home with a new wing with 48 places, including areas for employees, as well as alter the existing entrance and corridor area towards the new wing. The project shall be completed December 2018. Office premises shall be established in the same building for the resource unit in HOV.
The new nursing home in Østsiden is one of three dementia centres in the municipality.
The Housing Bank of Norway's grant scheme is behind the procurement that is being financed by the Housing Bank of Norway.
