A new swimming pool shall be constructed next to the existing Østfoldbadet. The site shall include a steel pool with 6 lanes of 25 x 12.5 m, as well as a large outside pool and a children's pool with a total of approx. 400 m2. There shall also be changing rooms and a gym etc. in accordance with the feasibility study.
The building shall fulfil passive house standard and TEK17.
The assignment consists of the engineering design services for all the described professions in the draft project, preliminary project, detailed project, the construction period and up until the delivery of the required MOM documentation.
