The scope and purpose of the procurement.

The competition is for a contract for regular cleaning of the Emergency Doctor Surgery's premises in Rosenkrantzgt. 17 in Drammen.

The total cleaning area in the building is estimated to be approx. 1 660 m2. The cleaning areas are subject to change in accordance with the contracting authority's needs. The contract value is estimated to: 600 000 NOK excluding VAT, per annum. The contracting authority points out that the value is only an estimate based on an assessment of future needs. The need for cleaning services can be greater or smaller in the contract period, depending on the organisational and budgetary conditions.

The new contract is intended to be valid from 1.6.2017.
